A 1.5m sq ft prime, state-of-the art, high specification logistics facility pre-let to Amazon on a 20-year lease. This facility was Amazon’s first fulfilment centre in the North-East, fitted out with their latest robotics technology, it will help meet growing customer demand. It became fully operational in September 2020, bringing over 1,000 new permanent jobs to the area.
